Tata Motors & TMT Motors inaugurate a class leading 3S Commercial Vehicle facility in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Tata Motors along with its distributor partner, TMT Motors, today inaugurated an all new world-class Sales, Service & Spares facility (3S), in Ho Chi Minh. The new facility was inaugurated by Mr. Guenter Butschek, CEO & MD, Tata Motors, Mr. Rudrarup Maitra, Head, International Business, Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors, Mr. Rustom Nagporewalla, Regional Manager, ASEAN, Tata Motors Ltd., Mr. Bui Van Huu, Chairman, TMT Motors and Mr. Bui Quoc Cong, Board of Directors, TMT Motors.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Guenter Butschek, MD & CEO, Tata Motors Ltd said, “Vietnam is a very important market for us and we aim to strengthen our presence here. The inauguration of this new 3S facility is a matter of great pride for us, as we continue to build our relationship with customers, connect with their aspirations and provide them with a superior product and service experience to meet their business needs. With more than 15 customer touch points across the country since September 2016,we are the fastest growing commercial vehicle brand in the country. With a well-defined growth plan in place, we look forward to consistently increase our brand presence in the country.”

Speaking at the occasion Mr. Bui Van Huu, Chairman TMT Motors said “TMT Motors is proud to be associated with Tata Motors; a partnership that has been long lasting on the principles of trust, transparency & customer focus. We are committed to providing support to the Tata Motors commercial vehicle business and the new 3S facility at Ho Chi Minh is a testimony to the same.”

Ho Chi Minh is the commercial capital of Vietnam and is a key market for commercial vehicle operations. Located on QL1A road, the new 3S facility is the largest integrated commercial vehicle dealership in Vietnam, spanning across 11000 sq mts with a wide display area, showcasing entire range of Tata Motors’ small and light commercial vehicles. The new dealership comes equipped with a 6-bay workshop with dedicated bays for accidental repairs, washing ramps, express service, 4 post hoists and inspection pit. Further, the facility offers new amenities like Automatic Lube Dispensing Unit, Extended Hours Breakdown Assistance, Mobile Workshops built on the Tata Super Ace to service customers in remote locations. Keeping customer comfort in mind, the dealership has a classy waiting lounge, where customers can witness their vehicles being serviced.
